Whaddya know how to Encode and Decode HTML?

I normally convert HTML to a language that blogger can understand, doing it manually. I can spend minutes to finish a hundred of codes that I can use for my blog but that's a waste of time and low productivity. I search and discovered Centricle.com tool that Encode and Decode HTML entities.
